How are testers vetted?
Each tester completes a short screening session before they can pick up real tests. We look at clarity of writing, observational quality, and follow-through.
What kinds of apps can I test?
Anything that runs in a browser — SaaS, marketing sites, web apps, onboarding flows. Native mobile and desktop are on the roadmap.
Is the session replay safe for my IP?
Testers sign an NDA at onboarding. Replays are stored encrypted and only accessible to you and your team. You can revoke access any time.
When do testers get paid?
Weekly via Stripe directly to your bank — set up once during onboarding.
Can I request a specific test scenario?
Yes. You write a short brief when you submit. Testers see it before they accept the session.
What if the test isn't useful?
Flag it within 48 hours and we run a replacement session at no cost.
