Pricing questions.

How am I charged?

You're redirected to Stripe Checkout when you post a session and charged the full amount up front. That money is held in escrow until the work is delivered and accepted.

What if my job isn't filled?

If you close a job before every slot is claimed, each unfilled slot is refunded automatically — you're only ever charged for sessions that actually run.

Do you add VAT?

Prices are VAT-inclusive (21% NL). A proper VAT invoice is issued for every payment and appears in your Billing tab — we don't email it.

What if a session isn't up to standard?

There's a review window after each session. If the work falls short, you can flag it before the payout releases, and it goes to us to resolve.
